Full Journal pdf2004-05-11 House Journal Page 4239 HB 459 Representative Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that the House consider the Senate message (page 4209) on the following at this time: CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 459(STA) "An Act relating to optically scanned and electronically generated ballots; and providing for an effective date." and CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 459(STA) am S "An Act relating to optically scanned and electronically generated ballots and to early voting; and providing for an effective date." (SCR 28 - title change resolution) There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Coghill moved that the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHB 459(STA), thus adopting CSHB 459(STA) am S, and recommended that the members vote yes. The question being: "Shall the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHB 459(STA)?"
